Covers what we collect at registration, how long we hold it and which processors handle it, using the same defined terms and dated update trail as this agreement.
One agreement covers your account: these terms set out who may register from Pakistan, how JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transactions are treated, and what each side owes...
These terms govern every account we open and apply wherever local law permits us to serve you. If a clause conflicts with a rule that binds us in your province, the local rule takes priority and the rest of the agreement stands. You confirm that you are old enough to hold an account where you live, and that funds you move through
JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast belong to you. We may adjust a clause when payment rails, sportsbook markets or platform rules change; revised wording is published on this page with a date, and continued use of your account means you accept it. If you disagree, close your account before the new version takes effect. Nothing here removes a right you hold under
mandatory consumer law.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Our legal and payments teams draft each clause here, then date and version it so you can see what changed. Each rule matches the lobby behaviour it describes, which keeps the agreement...
We write each clause in everyday English instead of legal shorthand, so you can see what is expected of you. Defined terms are explained beside their first use.
Each update carries the date it took effect and earlier versions stay in the page history, so you can check which wording applied when you placed a wager or moved funds.
Sections are numbered and titled, so a support colleague can point you to the exact rule in a single reply. Quote the number and we answer against that clause.
Our team explains any clause in Urdu or English, whichever suits you, and will walk through a section line by line on a call when the wording is unclear.
If a first reply does not settle your point, ask for the complaint desk. They re-read the clause, check your account record and answer in writing within the stated working days.
Your transaction log, wager history and chat transcripts sit against your account, so a dispute can be checked against the same records you and our team both see.
This page holds the core agreement. Privacy, cookies, transaction timing and complaint handling sit on their own pages, and each uses the same defined terms as this one. If two pages look...
Covers what we collect at registration, how long we hold it and which processors handle it, using the same defined terms and dated update trail as this agreement.
Sets out which cookies hold your session open, which ones measure lobby use, and how to switch the optional set off in your browser settings at any time.
Explains when JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast transfers clear, why a bank step can add hours, and how a failed transfer returns to your account.
Describes password rules, device checks and the steps to take if your phone is lost. The duties that bind you appear here and in the agreement above.
Lists how each sportsbook market settles, when a wager is void and how results are confirmed. Where that page and this one disagree, this one decides.
Shows the route from chat to the complaint desk, the timeframes we work to at each step, and how we confirm the outcome to you in writing.
Keeps live channels, working hours and reply targets together, so you are not hunting through the site for the right address when a clause question matters.
This page is laid out so you can find a rule quickly. Numbered clauses carry the agreement, a jump menu moves you between sections, and a...
The agreement sits in numbered clauses, so you can quote a line to the support desk and get an answer written against the same wording you read.
A short menu near the start of the page moves you straight to eligibility, transactions, security or closure without scrolling the whole agreement each time.
Every version is stamped with the day it took effect, and older wording stays readable, so you can trace what changed between one update and the next.
Chips name the rails this agreement covers, JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast, and each chip links to the clause that governs its transfer timing.
Common clause questions open in place rather than sending you to a separate page, so your reading of the agreement keeps its thread from start to finish.
The support card closes the page with live hours and channels, so you can ask about a clause as soon as something in it is unclear to you.
